2.1 Buyer \/ Consumer:<\/strong> A natural person purchasing products for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.<\/p>

2.2 Contract:<\/strong> The legally binding agreement formed when the Seller confirms the Buyer\u2019s order.<\/p>

4.2<\/strong> Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed.<\/p>

4.3<\/strong> While we strive to ensure accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.<\/p>

5. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/h3>

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE)<\/h3>

7.1<\/strong> The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.<\/p>

7.2<\/strong> The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Buyer (or a third party designated by the Buyer) receives the Products.<\/p>

7.3<\/strong> To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via a clear statement (e.g. email).<\/p>

8. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>

8.1<\/strong> Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return.<\/p>

8.2<\/strong> Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.<\/p>

8.3<\/strong> The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products are received back or return proof is provided.<\/p>

9. RETURN CONDITIONS AND COSTS<\/h3>

9.4<\/strong> The Buyer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.<\/p>

10. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>

10.2<\/strong> Sealed software or digital content once unsealed or activated;<\/p>

10.3<\/strong> Products customized or made to the Buyer\u2019s specifications;<\/p>

11. WARRANTY AND LEGAL CONFORMITY<\/h3>

11.1<\/strong> Products are covered by the EU statutory conformity warranty, valid for 2 years from delivery.<\/p>

11.2<\/strong> If a Product is defective or non-conforming, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.<\/p>

11.3<\/strong> Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.<\/p>

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h3>

17. WARRANTY & USAGE TERMS<\/h3>

17.1<\/strong> The product referred to as a \u201cBox\u201d is an Android media player device (hardware only). Any mention of \u201c12 months\u201d or \u201c12 months service\u201d refers strictly to a 12-month limited warranty and does not imply access to digital content or third-party services. During the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced, subject to technical inspection, in the event of verified software or hardware defects under normal usage. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, power issues, and third-party software-related problems are excluded. Replacement is provided at the company\u2019s discretion, and availability of applications or content is not guaranteed.<\/p>

18. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h3>

18.1<\/strong> If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.<\/p>
